Sean’s journey began in sales more than 20 years ago, where his passion for the business quickly propelled him into leadership roles. From Finance & Insurance (F&I) to Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, General Manager, and eventually the owner of McGuire Kia & Chevrolet, Sean has excelled at every level of dealership operations.

As a dealership owner, Sean understood firsthand the challenges of finding and retaining top talent. His experience running two successful dealerships highlighted the critical need for a reliable, effective recruiting solution. Driven by his desire to help other dealerships avoid the struggles he faced, Sean founded Amplified Dealer—a recruiting and job fair service dedicated to connecting dealerships with the high-performing talent they need to thrive.
